After the installation and commissioning of the hydraulic press at the customer's site, the customer also needs to maintain the press on a regular basis in addition to the correct operation of the press.
In short, the following should be done:
1. Keep the press clean
2. Observe daily whether the exposed electronic components are damaged, open the electrical cabinet regularly to clean the dust, and observe whether there are lines and connectors disconnected
3. If oil leakage is found, find out the cause and replace the seal or joint immediately if necessary
4. If there is a fault in the operation of the machine, replace the spare valve. If the press fails to operate due to the failure of the hydraulic pump, repair first, replacement second.
5. Check whether the hydraulic oil is discoloured, replace it if it gets turbid or black or with many impurities, including changing the filter element at the inlet of the oil tank
6. Check whether the screws and nuts are loose quarterly or every half a year. If they are loose, tighten them.
